Are you able to make every day special for our customers?
If so, you could be the ideal Senior Overseas Representative for our Jet2holidays Team!
Reporting to our in resort management Team, the Senior Overseas Representative will lead a small Team responsible for representing Jet2holidays at the airport and in resort throughout our customers' holidays. You and your Team will deliver exceptionally friendly customer service from being present at the airport, to visiting them at their hotels ensuring we create excellent memories of their holiday, so they come back to us time and time again.
In addition, you will be the Team's first point of contact for advice, work with our local agents and colleagues at Jet2.comto represent Jet2holidays' values at all times.
Already living in the destination and a driver with your own transport, you’ll know the area inside out and speak the local language confidently, as well as being fluent in English.
Whilst delivering exceptional customer service each day, you will also be on hand to support your colleagues in various ways whether this is face to face, over the phone, or via email and social media.
