Unify is seeking a Country Channel Sales Manager to assume the position of Head of network vendors and distributors of the company's products, with the following responsibilities: 
Primary point of contact for assigned Partners on all issues relating to the relationship between Unify and the Partner(s) 
Responsible for the development of a business plan between Unify and the Partner to ensure joint initiatives are executed 
Drive partner joint business plan that results in achieving revenue goals and agreed KPI's 
Establishes and maintains influential relationships at all levels between Unify and the Partner's organization 
Foster engagement between Partner sales force and Unify's line of business teams as appropriate 
Drive joint business planning with Partner senior management along with Unify management team where appropriate 
Monitor competitive vendor activity within the Partner organization 
Put in place briefings, activities and programs to ensure Unify maintains market share 
Responsible for driving revenue targets for Partners including overall revenue and growth rate 
Engages Partners on joint business planning and activities including: Partner led marketing, special events, and sales programs etc. 
Maintain and monitor Partner pipeline and key opportunities 
Requirements 
Strong leadership and achievement orientation to deliver business results 
Strong customer communication and relationship skills 
Ability to influence decision-making at all levels of an organization (field staff to the executive) 
Good business acumen, financial and analytical skills (Strategic Business Sense) 
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities 
Knowledge of the Telecommunication / IT industry and sales and marketing
