Customer Service Representative-Seasonal contract
(summer period) at Heraklion Airport (Crete)
Key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and supervising all ground handling related services of private aircraft, according to customer's needs and expectations and ensuring all services are provided timely and at high standards.
Working in accordance with company policies and company health and safety policies.
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Role Requirements:
Strong written and oral skills in Greek (native speaker level required) and English (Proficiency certificate preferred). A third language will be considered an advantage
IT skills (preferably holder of an ECDL certificate)
Ability to communicate credibly across all levels of the organisation
Calm approach to problem solving, last minute changes and ability to work accurately under pressure
A customer orientated approach with an outstanding level of customer service skills and experience of meeting the needs of a cooperate business
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team player spirit
Ability to plan and organize work flow and be flexible
Ability to handle multiple priorities and to work independently as well as cooperatively, depending on task
Driving license required
Experience in a similar position of a minimum of 2 years, will be considered an advantage
40 hours per week. Salary and benefits will be discussed at the interview stage
