General Manager 

at the Agapi Beach Hotel - 

a 4 star hotel - 320 rooms in Ammoudara, Heraklion-Crete.

 Key responsibilities:

• Day to day management of the Hotel
• Planning, managing and monitoring of the Hotel’s financial and operational budget
• Work under specific quality standards
• Managing, maintaining and monitoring all hotel policies and procedures
• Communication and PR activities with the guests, the tour operators and the relevant

 Qualifications and Experience required:

• Studies in Hotel Management Business.
• Work experience as General Manager of a 4 * or a 5* hotel, at least for 3 years.
• Excellent command of the Greek, English and German language.
• Strong managerial and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
• Very good financial knowledge.
• Computer and MS office knowledge
• Customer Service orientation
• Ability to thrive under pressure.
• Goal setting skills and Team Sprit.
