Unify Dev_Lab_Athens is seeking for afor talented Visual and Interaction designers who create complex interactive experiences for applications, software, and web interfaces to shape the future of Circuit.

You will be responsible for advancing the Circuit information architecture while adhering and extending the Circuit Design Language System. You will internalize the user experience centric philosophy of Circuit and evolve this vision in a multidisciplinary team of other designers, developers, product managers etc. for future releases of the software and service ecosystem. With your seasoned experience around digital design, you will structure and optimize the daily design process. Your design decisions will be driven by a user's perspective and your strongest interest will be to always provide the best user experience around Circuit. You have to have a fine sense for digital beauty and will not accept a design until it reaches highest quality levels. 
Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in interaction, visual design or a related design principle.
• 5+ years of experience in designing visual language systems and user experience for digital products and services
• In depth knowledge of experience and interaction design processes and methodology
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote
• Experience in documenting interaction/visual design and working with developers (agile development process)
• Expertise in creating engaging user experiences and optimizing visual assets for various platforms and applications (web and mobile)
• Eyes and hands for pixel-perfect visual design and meticulous attention to details
• Solid understanding of practical benefits and limitations of internet and mobile technologies
• Ability to travel
